Scope of This Policy
Mokoa is an augmented reality fighting game that offers local practice and nearby device-to-device matches. The app does not require an account, include advertising, provide in-app purchases, or use an analytics service.
Camera and Augmented Reality
With your permission, the app uses the camera and Apple ARKit to detect a surface and place the game arena in your surroundings. Camera frames and motion information are processed on your device for augmented reality. Mokoa does not save camera images, upload them to us, or use them for advertising.
Nearby Multiplayer Information
If you start or join a nearby duel, the app uses Apple's Multipeer Connectivity framework and your local network or nearby wireless connection. Devices exchange an anonymous player label, connection status, game inputs, and match state directly for the duration of the session. Mokoa does not operate an online account or matchmaking server and does not retain this session data after the connection ends.
Device and Platform Services
Apple may process limited device, diagnostics, permission, and App Store information under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive a personal profile from those platform services. Your device settings control camera and local network permissions.
Storage and Retention
The app does not create a user account or maintain a remote user database. Temporary game and connection state remains in memory while you play and is discarded when it is no longer needed or the app process ends.
Security
Nearby gameplay uses the protections provided by Apple's platform frameworks. No method of electronic processing is completely secure, but the app limits information handling to what is needed to run its local features.
Your Choices
You may decline or revoke camera or local network access in iOS Settings. Revoking camera access prevents AR placement, and revoking local network access prevents nearby multiplayer. Practice behavior available without those permissions may vary by device.
Children's Privacy
Mokoa is not directed specifically to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian should supervise use of augmented reality where appropriate.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy when the app or applicable requirements change. The current version will be made available with the app's legal materials.
